To buy Ferry's products is very easy!

You can purchase with or without user registration.

Choose from the menu on the left , the category you want and look at the items that interest you. Through a click you can see photos and more details of the product as composition, size , description , colors and price.

First select the size you want, then color and finally the units. Add it to the basket. Then you can confirm the order or continue shopping.

If you confirm the order, simply enter your shipping and billing information , and select the payment method : credit card (Visa , MasterCard or American Express) or PayPal. End purchase! and you will get your order within 4-6 working days, except in case of stockout or external factors.
For shipments to Spain, if you have placed your order before 17h, the delivery time is 24 working hours, except in case of stockout or external factors.

Shipping costs for Spain (Balearic Islands), Portugal, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and United Kingdom are 7€/6£. For orders over 50€/45£, shipping costs are 4€/3,5£. For orders over 100€/90£, shipping is free.

For shipments to Spain (peninsular), shipping costs are 4€/3,5£. For orders over 50€/45£, shipping is free.

How do I return a Ferry´s product ?

You should know that the clothes should be in perfect condition and the same packaging and original labeling. Return underwear items not allowed for hygiene reasons (panties, thongs, briefs and boxers), except for tare and / or shipping error.

How many days do I have to make a return ?

You get one month from the day of receipt of order .

Do I have any cost for my return?

We will refund the amount corresponding to the items you return.

Shipping costs are not paid, unless the case of an incorrect or defective item. In that case we will also pay the shipping costs, once your return has been approved.

Shipping costs of a return are paid by the customer.

How and when will I receive my refund ?

After approving your return , the amount thereof shall be paid in the same manner in which you made the purchase. We will do as soon as possible , but remember that the credit to the credit card always depends on your bank.

Ferry 's has the right to refuse refunds outside deadline, or items that are not in the conditions explained .
